Inside The Heid Out Restaurant and Brewhouse located in Cranbrook BC you will find Fisher Peak Brewing Co. This brewhouse inside a restaurant in the Kootenays created the “Soggy Otter Brown Ale”. The beer pours a deep brown colour with a a tan head. The aroma was of fruits and caramel. The beer tasted of tropical fruit, caramel malts and an overall sweetness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.6% with an IBU of 32.
Commercial Description: A toned down variant of an extra-special bitter and a pale ale (ESB is darker in colour, higher in hops and alcohol).
